I have been working for Friddle Property Management since the summer of 2022. I am amazed at how much care is given to each property owner and their Tennant's. Becky truly goes above and beyond to ensure a quick resolution to arising issues such as heating and air conditioning. This past December, we had extremely cold temperatures around Christmas. Many residents in our area were without heating for over a week. During this time, Becky worked diligently to ensure every Tennant who lost heat had it back within a few days. I called Becky Friddle on a Sunday to let her know the house was clear and ready for to show to prospective tenants. The next day she called me to let me know someone had paid the deposit and wanted to move in by Friday. That was more than a year ago, the tenant has been great. Friddle Property Manager, Becky, has been very, very helpful. I first met Becky during a viewing of one of her properties. The house was just what I was looking for and needed to give me a peace of mind. Becky and I talked for hours. When I need things fixed she has someone to come out. I worked with Becky after relocating for work from NJ - she was patient, professional, had a great selection of properties to select from and very knowledgeable in the upstate area which eased my nervousness being new to the area. I've had 2 issues with the property I'm renting and both times the issues were resolved within a few hours of notifying her. I love the fact that when I call I don't speak to a voicemail or operator but when she says available 24x7 she really is available 24x7.
