How Often Do You Do Inspections?
At Friddle Property Management, we perform three types of inspections for all of the rental properties that we manage.
How & When Is Rent Collected?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Rent can be paid online using our Free & Secure Tenant Portal.
Many of our tenants prefer to pay their rent with a check, thus we have a rent collection mailbox where tenants can drop off their rent payments. Tenants can also mail their rent check to the specified address (late fees can be tacked on therefore tenants should be considerate of the amount of time their rent check will be in transit).
What is Your Late Fee Policy?
- Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
- A late fee of $75.00 will be charged to the tenant(s) if rent has not been paid by the 4th day of the month.
- An additional late fee of $50.00 will be charged to the tenant(s) if rent has not been paid by the 10th day of the month.

How Often Do You Do Inspections?
At Friddle Property Management, we perform three types of inspections for all of the rental properties that we manage.
How Much Can I Rent My House For?
Determining the best rental amount that creates the most profit while alleviating vacancies is extremely important to the Friddle Property Management team. In order to accomplish this, we conduct thorough market analyses that give us a clear picture of what a rental property is worth in the present market.
How Do You Go About Finding And Screening Tenants?
Friddle Property Management takes great pride in selecting the optimal tenants for our rental property. Our thorough Tenant Screening Process includes credit checks, background checks, rental history, employment status and more.
When Can I Expect My Rent Payment?
We use our Free & Secure Owner Portal to automatically deposit our owners rent payments each month. These direct deposits can be expected on the 15th of each month.
Some of our owners prefer not to have their rent payments be directly deposited into their bank accounts, thus we mail out rent payment checks each month. These rent payment checks will be mailed out on the 15th of each month. If the 15th happens to fall on the weekend, the rent payments will be sent out on the following Monday.
